Soil

Vina Cerron’s vineyard is located in Southeastern Spain,  between 700 and 800 meters above sea level, where the land is composed of a soil structure that is very homogenous and optimal for wine production.  More specifically, it is formed of reddish-brown sandy clay, rich in lime and chalk.  This makes it ideal for organic farming since there is an absence of pests and diseases, resulting in low yields but very high quality produce.

Vina Cerron’s wine quality definitely reflects these virtuous natural wine grape conditions, as they are elaborated in perfect complicity with the natural production cycles of their soil.
