Rabia is made from carefully selected grapes from the oldest and highest part of our Petit Verdot vineyards. It is made only from the free-run juice of the grapes, which then ferments naturally by means of wild native yeasts before being aged in French oak casks for 14 months. As a result, we think of our 100%  PETIT VERDOT as  being not just a monovarietal wine made with a single grape variety, but also a “monoterra” wine born of a specific type of soil, fully revealing the personality and unique character of our terroir. The result is a full-bodied wine whose “rage” to be true to itself emerges as vigor and elegance.
